Returns & Exchanges
Shop with the peace of mind that items can be returned to us within 28 days of receiving them if they are unsuitable.
Exchanges

The cost to return an item to us is the customers responsibility.

If a replacement item is ordered to replace a returned item, we will send this to you free of charge.

The returned item must be in the original condition, with labels, unsoiled and unused, within 28 days, for any reason.

Please package your item carefully to prevent it being damaged in transit

Enclose a completed returns form (on the bottom half of your invoice)

Exchanges will normally be processed within 2 days of us receiving the items back. If this is not possible due to the item being unavailable then we will contact you.

Returns made after 28 days or soiled goods will not be eligible for refund or exchange.
Refunds
- A full refund will be provided on any item returned to us in the original condition, with labels, unsoiled and unused, within 28 days, for any reason.

- Returns made after 28 days or soiled goods will not be eligible for refund or exchange.
Organising your own return
If you choose to organise your own return of items we advise that you obtain certificate of postage with adequate insurance as we are unable to compensate for return parcels that are lost or damaged in transit.

Quality of your Goods
For Faulty items please send pictures to Equimedpro@outlook.com showing the suspected fault along with your Account/Order Number (found on your invoice). Often these matters can be dealt with quicker this way.
If an item is being returned due to it being faulty, Equi Med Pro will refund the postage costs incurred for returning the item (up to the value of £10.00). Please be aware of this when returning items. We do advise to contact us first about your goods before returning them to us.
Why do we need your goods to be clean?
Repairs & Returns
Due to the health hazard and hygienic problems involved with horse and rider clothing and allied products is it regretted that we are unable to service or handle any equipment unless it is clean and dry.

Please note: Goods must be cleaned before we will inspect them. If your item is returned to us without being cleaned, we will charge to post the item back out to you.
